Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Royal Blue Marine Tourism for your travel and adventure experiences in Oman. We aim to deliver safe, enjoyable, and memorable trips for all our guests. This policy explains the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

 

Booking Advance

• A booking advance is required to confirm all reservations.
• The booking advance will be fully refunded if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip.
• If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the trip, the booking advance becomes non-refundable.

Cancellation by Guests

• 48 hours or more before the trip: Full refund, including booking advance.
• Less than 48 hours before the trip: No refund will be issued.
• No-show on the day of the trip: Full amount will be charged, and no refund will be given.

Rescheduling by Guests

• Guests may request to reschedule their trip.
• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply depending on season, trip type, or availability.

Cancellations by Royal Blue Marine Tourism

For your safety, we may cancel trips in rare circumstances such as:

• Unsafe or adverse weather conditions
• Mechanical or technical issues
• Government restrictions or operational concerns

In such cases, we will:

• Offer the option to reschedule the trip
• Provide a full refund, including the booking advance.

Refund Process

• Refund requests must be made via email ([email protected]) or phone (+968 9322 1696).
• Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original booking.
• Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days.
