When you make a booking with Royal Blue Marine Tourism, a booking advance is required to secure your reservation. Please note that this booking advance is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to all bookings, regardless of the nature of the trip or service.
While we understand that circumstances can change, we regret that we cannot provide refunds for booking advances, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:
If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, please be aware that rescheduling may incur additional fees or charges, and the booking advance remains non-refundable.
In the rare event that Royal Blue Marine Tourism needs to cancel a trip or service due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, mechanical failures, or other operational issues, we will make every effort to reschedule your trip. If rescheduling is not possible, we will offer a full refund for the amount paid, including the booking advance.

Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment used for the original booking, within five days from the date of cancellation or trip cancellation by Royal Blue Marine Tourism.
